Right now, I’m busy cleaning up and organizing my files of artwork. Graduation is coming really, really soon and I’m also packing up my dorm room in the process.
Hopefully, I’ll be able to upload all of the things I want to upload and make my portfolio more complete by next week.
I’ve taken two dance classes this semester and below you can see our final performances for those classes.
The first one is my Beginning Choreography class final. I chose to do a solo dance since I can figure out what I would be doing, without having to keep on finding practice time like what would probably happen in a group setting. I wanted to do a fusion of the traditional Chinese dance (since it’s my heritage) with modern dance movements. I love my costume and my teacher and other classmates did too!
The second one is my Beginning Tap class final. In this dance, all of us in the class had to work together as a group and choreograph the movements. This might be the first time ever that our teacher was not choreographing something for us. Due to time limits, we could only do two minutes of the intro of the song as a group and focus more on little group performances later on. Check out the bling-bling suspenders, belts, ties, etc.
